RETURNS & REFUNDS

We want you to love your Impulsive Tees order! Since every item is custom printed just for you, we handle returns and refunds a little differently than a typical store — but we've got you covered if something's wrong.

Eligibility

We accept refund or replacement requests for the following issues:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective
  • The item has a printing error (wrong design, misprint, etc.)
  • You received the wrong item
  • The item significantly differs from what was shown on the website

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size ordered (please check our Size Guide before ordering)
  • Buyer's remorse / change of mind
  • Minor variations in print color or placement due to the nature of custom printing

Important: 2-Day Reporting Window

A support ticket must be submitted within 2 days of your order being marked as delivered. Requests submitted after this window are not eligible for a refund or replacement, so please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

  1. Go to our Contact page.
  2. Submit a support ticket with your name, order number, email, and a description of the issue.
  3. Please include a clear photo of the item (and the issue, if applicable) — this helps us resolve things faster.
  4. We'll review your request and get back to you, usually within 1–2 business days.

Processing

Once your request is approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card provider. Replacement items will be reprinted and shipped following our standard processing times.
